This toolkit is here to help primary care offices in Canada plan as they support the COVID-19 immunization effort.
While we expect the initial vaccines will be available in limited supply and will be provided first to highest risk individuals and to healthcare workers, this toolkit will help prepare for the next phases when primary and community care will have its role in the COVID-19 immunization effort.
The toolkit has been developed through a pan-Canadian collaboration and aligns with PHAC guidelines. For your convenience, COVIDToolkit.ca customizes content based on your specific provincial location, showing you additional information depending on which province you are accessing the site from. We would like to thank all of our provincial contributors.
